The engines of VATOLE tamping rammers connect with the crankcase. The torque generated by engine is transferred to crank gear through the centrifugal clutch, after decelerating, the torque is changed to up and down reciprocating motion. When setting the high-duty spring up and down, the strong impacting force is generated through the acting force both of up and down motion and the machine’s weight.
Application:
VATOLE tamping rammers are designed to deal with the tough site condition, well balanced and easy to operate. Their adaptability is extensive. They can be used to compact COHESIVE soils, such as clay, silt and roadbed with low water that heavy compactor couldn’t work, but also to compact sand, gravel, native cement and asphalt.
VATOLE tamping rammers are specially suitable to be used in small repair jobs and in narrow confined areas, such as trenches and housing sites, and also be used in building, ground, yard, roadbed, foundations, around pipes, bridge pier etc. It can accomplish some tasks which the large & medium-sized machine can’t and the low force machine can’t.
VATOLE has many models to choose. Welcome to choose what you want. Choosing the right machines can increase productivity and improve construction quality.
Features:
Reliability
Designed specially for 4-stroke petrol engines to offer easy starting, low noise, low maintenance as well as low fuel consumption.
Addition built-in filtration system can be fully filter into the air in the dust, longer engine life, durability and excellent.
Plastic oil tank offers longer life and rust-free.
Side protective frame of engine provided needed protection of the power system.
This machine adopts 3 dimension CAD software for the design, which realize further on the machine body blance, steady jumping and perfect compacting without loss.
New design
Rammer foot made through the mould once plasticity forming, offers longer life and prevention of decay.
Throttle lever using new design and material to extend usage life with smooth operation.
A foot hook is added to be more convenient for the operators.
New appeareance design is unparalleled and neoteric compare with all others before.
Easy transportation
Build in wheels(optional item) for easy transportation.
Comfortable operation
Heavy-duty shock mounts reduce vibration to the upper engine& handle.
An integrated fuel provides for easy starting.
